Insurance Coverage

Ross Fraser is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a member in good standing with the Certified Registered Massage Therapists Association (CRMTA). He carries full professional liability insurance. Receipts are provided for submission to extended health insurance providers; coverage is subject to individual plans.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies at the therapist’s discretion.
